About SnowFinch

Wide-angle thinking. Sharp decisions.

SnowFinch is a founder-led strategy studio for teams that need marketing to do more than make noise. We connect customer understanding, brand, product, finance, and execution so growth has somewhere durable to land.

The premise

The hard marketing problems are rarely only marketing problems.

A stalled growth curve may be a positioning problem, a product problem, a measurement problem, an operating-model problem—or several at once. SnowFinch was built to work across those seams.

01

Connect the disciplines

Strategy becomes more useful when customer insight, creative, product, data, operations, and economics are considered together—not handed off in sequence.

02

Invest for the long term

We distinguish the activity that harvests demand today from the capability, customer value, and brand memory that create tomorrow’s growth.

03

Balance art and science

Data sharpens judgment; it does not replace it. The strongest choices combine analytical rigor with imagination, empathy, and a point of view.

The founders

Senior judgment stays in the room.

SnowFinch is intentionally small. The people helping frame the problem are the people doing the thinking, pressure-testing the recommendation, and helping put it into motion.

Co-founder · Business strategy and operating model

Chase Schetter

Chase brings the business-strategy discipline behind SnowFinch. His experience at McKinsey and in strategy at The Wonderful Company sharpened his ability to turn complex questions into clear choices, connect recommendations to enterprise priorities, and build the operating path from ambition to action.

At SnowFinch, he pressure-tests the growth logic, economics, sequencing, and organizational implications of the work—so a strong marketing idea can become a strong business decision.

How we work

Clear enough to decide. Practical enough to use.

01

Substance before theater

We surface the inconvenient constraint, unresolved trade-off, or weak assumption early—before it becomes an expensive creative or execution problem.

02

Economics in the room

Marketing choices are framed against value creation, resource constraints, unit economics, and the decision criteria used by finance and leadership.

03

Senior hands on the work

The founders remain accountable for synthesis and recommendation quality. Specialized collaborators join when their craft materially improves the outcome.

04

Capability, not dependency

Useful engagements leave behind shared language, decision tools, clear ownership, and an operating rhythm your team can continue to use.

A typical path

From ambiguity to aligned action.

Every scope is shaped around the decision at hand, but the work usually moves through four practical stages.

Bring us a live decision
  1. 01

    Frame

Define the business decision, customer behavior, constraints, stakeholders, and what success must look like.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Separate symptoms from causes using available data, customer signals, market context, and team knowledge.

  3. 03

    Choose

Make the strategic trade-offs explicit and translate them into a clear proposition, growth logic, and priorities.

  4. 04

    Mobilize

Build the sequence, briefs, ownership, measures, and learning rhythm that move the choice into market.

The first conversation
